Xmass wishes for 2023
Dear contributors,
In 2023, MY SCHOOL BAG, has distinguished itself by carrying out several activities for the benefit of the children you so generously support. Corinne Chatel spent more than 3 months with them, in Burundi. She took the opportunity to entertain the little ones and shared the challenges of the older ones. Solange Choquette and Josée Leroux joined her in May to prepare and distribute school supplies. For Josée, it was her first time working with the children in Burundi, and it looks like it won’t be her last.
The team, MY SHCOOL BAG held garage sales. They also gave a presentation of the project at a seniors’ residence. It was so appreciated that they asked us for a second. Together with a few residents, we made snowmen and nutcrackers, which are currently on sale at several Christmas markets.
Exceptionally this year, we were graciously given two hockey tickets for the February 17th game, Washington vs Montreal Canadiens. Through a draw, which will take place on December 15, we would like to offer them to one of you dear contributors. Also to be won are a large picnic bag and a smaller one. We will personally contact the winners. This is our way to express how much we appreciate you.
The entire MY SCHOOL BAG team and the children you so faithfully support would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy year 2024.
