A very sad announcement
Sunday, August 24th, 2008. It is with deep sadness and regret that we announce the death of our friend, Celestin Sebutama, former Mayor of Bujumbura who has helped us during the first two years of our mission. During this last year, our friend was acting and Counsellor for the Ambassy in Uganda. Celestin died during a surgical procedure to his heart.
He is survived by his wife, his 4 small boys, his famiy and many friends. I considered Celestin as a very kind man and a personal friend. He will be missed.
